We just spent a week at your Vacation Villa condo and
it has been one of the best week's of family fun we have had ever.
The condo is exquisite and the location is fabulous - right next to
the pool, right on the beach, and barely 100 yards to the back bay
and Bowditch Park. We have swum in the pool and sea, played on the
beach, fished with cast net and rod in the back bay. Watched
sunsets, walked the beach, explored for crabs and minnows, watched
dolphins, waved at boats, etc, etc. I had forgotten what being a
family and having non-stop fun was all about until we came here. It
is a kid's paradise - for big kids (the parents) as well as little
kids. Thank you so much - the memories will live forever. |
| This has been a fabulous week for us. The wedding went
great and the accommodations at Vacation Villas worked out
better than we could have even imagined. Our son and his fiance/wife
had a Wedding Suite on the end of the Pink Shell Hotel, closest to
the Vacation Villas. All we had to do was walk across the parking
lot of the Pink Shell Condos, to get to their room. The Vacation
Villas Condo was fantastic. We walked the beach and used the pool
all week, It was great and the weather was great!! We are already
talking about coming back next year with some friends. Hopefully we
can decide soon enough to reserve #131 at vacation villas. Thanks

: "Just returned from a perfect vacation. We stayed in
Gateway 494 and hope to stay there again. This is an ocean front, 2
bedroom, 2 bath, extremely clean, (thanks in part to nice ceramic
tile thru-out,) well equiped, beautifully and recently renovated
condo on the far north end. Granite countertops thru-out,
comfortable beds, t.v.s in both bedrooms as well as ceiling fans. 2
balconys, both w/ ocean views, all close enough to hear the surf. I
believe I have fairly high standards and have had both good and bad
experiences renting by owner, and this was one of the best. Owner is
extremely gracious, even when you have to call various times to
request the code to drive in through the gate as well as the code
for the bldg, both in our instructions buried somewhere in our bags.
He was gracious still when we thought we locked our key in the room
and he offered to drive it right out on a Sunday morning. Bldg is
very well maintained, as is the pool which i felt was quite large
for the size of the bldg. Hope I haven't encouraged too many renters
to give us competition for next yr. but I always appreciate an
accurate review". |

at your beautiful condo -- it was even better than we had hoped!
And although the current pictures on your website are very nice, we
were blown away at the renovations! Such an amazing view and
the interior was just as amazing. We enjoyed every aspect of
our week immensely -- watching the dolphins and birds during our
morning walks, reading a good book on the beach, basking in the warm
sun, relaxing in the perfectly heated pool, and enjoying the
wonderful restaurants and bars just a short walk down the beach --
we couldn't ask for a better vacation! And it all came to an
abrupt end when we returned to Boston with a foot of snow on the
ground and 19 degrees... Oh well! We hope to return next year." |
